Don't just lose the weight--get rid of it for good!
171.5 this morning. Guess I need to take Nancy's "kick in the pants" message seriously. The two things I need to do are: 1 - exercise, 2 - eat fewer treats (cookies, chocolates, candy, whatever other sweet thing I can find). No surprises there.
