Rules of the Game
- You must need to lose 10% or more of your weight to play for the money
- You must pay in the $20 game fee when you begin to post to be eligible for the prize money
- Weekly weigh-in
- Contest will run until January 31, 2009 (Last day to join is June 30, 2008)
- Largest percentage of wieght lost will determine the winner of the prize money
- You need to eat a healthy diet AND exercise
- No skipping meals as a weight loss tool
- You will share ideas, encouragement, successes and failures

145 again. We are having a good time with Lona's sister, Lucenda, her husband, Mike and baby Jora who is 18 months old. By the way our weather turned HOT! 105 yesterday with more predicted for today and tomorrow. Oh well, it can't stay hot much longer since fall is on its way. We've had a few ripe cherry tomatoes. Yum!
