I was 172.5 again today, which is good since most of the week was 173.5. I figure even once counts for a lower number, so count me 172.5 (by contrast, it takes at least a week at a higher weight before I will "own" it).

Hi! I'm back! I think I need to just start posting even if I don't get Woody's and Brinna's weight included...that's been my excuse. Well, I'm at 177 which seems like a miracle to me for all the graduation parties, BarbBQ's, reunions,etc. I have started to walk Riley every night, which is good for him and me, and I find very enjoyable! Woody is at an all time low at 277! He hasn't been that low in years! Brinna's weight is a mystery at this moment in time, and I'll have to catch her another time. Thanks for all the reminders and encouragement to keep at it! THe hardest part of all this is really being consistant and making it an enjoyable enough part of our lives that we will actually want to do it. This blog site is great, and makes me think twice before eating the goodies (notice, I didn't say that I don't eat them, I just think harder about it!) Love to all, Junice
