Checking in After 1 Week

I did weigh in at 169, so I met the 1 pound in one week goal last week. It's amazing, because I am really wanting - and indulging in - treats. I know it is stress eating. Now I just have to figure a better way of dealing with it. (I was actually 168 this morning, but I'll hold that thought for next week :)

I'm back! Sorry to be so bad at this. I'm still (or I am again) 179. Woody is 277, and I don't know what Brinna is. We'll have to catch her at Thanksgiving...she doesn't have a scale at school!

144 today. Tuesday was my colonoscopy and I was down to 142 that morning but I knew that wasn't real. Glad that is over for another 10 years. No polyps but found out that I have diverticulosis. It hasn't been a problem so far. I try to eat high fiber (at least 3 fruits a day and breakfast cereals that contain 3 or more of fiber. Keeps me feeling full. Now if I can get through Halloween without munching on candy. Austin and Jacob both have birthdays and Austin's baptism is Nov. 1st at 6:00pm. Happy Halloween to all. grandma gloria

I'm still hovering around 242. I guess I'm going to have to start getting serious. By the way, Brinna can weigh herself here, if she wants.

We're back from a very indulgent Hawaii. On the good side, my system seems to be pretty much back to normal after taking the second antibiotic to combat the toxin in my gut that flourished after the first antibiotic (she swallowed the spider to catch the fly...). On the bad side, I 'landed' at 170.0, so I'm back to where I started.
