I'm afraid I didn't do so well this week - 170.5 this morning (actually down from 171.5 most of last week). I started lifting weights last Monday, so I can hope this is muscle, right?

Feb 21st John weighs 185 lbs, 4.1% total loss.

This week was not a good one for me. Stephenie (with my help) made scones for dinner on her night and they tasted so good I couldn't stop with just one! Grandma Gloria
